Clean and spacious, Victorian themed room. Bed is soft, well cleaned and maintained by the staff. Service is excellent, I used their laundry services, called their staff as the bathtub couldn't drain. They responded fast to my requests. I also twisted my knee in a theme park. Concierge managed to find a nearby clinic for me to get treatment. Breakfast at the hotel is tasty with a big spread of different food. I love the french toast and dim sum. I did try their chinese restaurant and tea salon as well. Surrounding area is also located near to subway and lots of bus stops. convenient location, a great stay. Will definitely stay here again.
