It is the most reasonably priced accommodation for travelers. It is a small but all-inclusive accommodation.
It is located 3 minutes from exit 2 of Hongdae Station and 5 minutes from exit 3 and it is very easy to find accommodation.
There are many restaurants, cafes, and places to shop around the accommodation.
Olive Young and the convenience store are located about a minute away,
and the famous vegetarian restaurant are also nearby.
If you use the subway, you can travel very comfortably and quickly to all areas of Seoul and even cities close to you.
The bus stop is right next to the subway station.
As soon as you leave the house, there is Yeontral Park, and you can also walk along the trail to the Han River.
The room is on the third floor and it's sunny room No 305.
There are washing machines, dehumidifiers, dryers, straighteners, small steam irons, microwave ovens, wireless internet, towels, shampoo, hair conditioners, body cleansers, soap, induction, small refrigerators, and more.
There are four CCTVs outside the house, and the door of the room is equipped with a digital door lock.
Especially around my house, it is very safe and quiet even late at night.
Experience the most ordinary studio apartment in Korea :)

집을 나서면 바로 연트럴 파크가 있으며, 산책로를 따라 한강까지 걸어 갈 수도 있습니다.
이 방은 3층에 있으며 햇살이 잘들어오는 305호 입니다.
집안에는 세탁기, 제습기, 드라이기, 매직기, 소형스팀다리미, 전자렌지, 무선인터넷, 수건, 샴푸, 헤어컨디셔너, 바디클리저, 비누, 인덕션, 소형냉장고 등등이 있습니다.
집 외부에는 4대의 CCTV가 있으며, 방의 출입문은 디지털도어록이 설치되어 있습니다.
특히 우리집 주위는 밤 늦게도 매우 안전하며, 조용합니다.

This place is just a short walk from Hongdae Station, making transportation super convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, but it’s still peaceful at night, perfect for relaxing. The host is kind and easy to reach. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul!
