If the staff are more friendly providing the welcome vibe, I would rate 5 stars . Also free breakfast menu is just instant ramen as bread is not available for most of days. It should be clearly stated when reservation is made.

A brand new hotel / motel in a popular district. Very clean, all is new. Reasonably priced. Many small restaurants around to explore the local cuisine. This in one of the entertainment districts of Seoul. The surroundings may be a bit shabby at night. All together a great night.

I usually travel from Daegu to Sindaebang Samgeori station to visit my girlfriend and I can honestly say that this hotel was probably one of the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in around Seoul. The room I was in was very clean. The district just outside the property has a lot of restaurants, convenient stores nearby, bus and train station were about 3-5 minutes away. Timesquare and Shinsegae is about 5-10 minutes walk for shopping. Lastly, the district around the hotel is a bit dirty since there are so many people smoking and they just throw their cigarette butts on the street. Overall, I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

The best bang for the buck!!!

Excellent and very clean hotel. The building is practically a new building. Everything is neat condition. TV is big and you do not even use your Netflix acct. It is already logged in. Or course, you can log in too. Hotel staffs are nice. Free water, coffee and soda is almost unlimited (It is at the lobby, you asked you can take them to your room). Very nice hotel but a bit far from the station. It is located in not convenient area but if you can your Naver Map, it is very easy and a good price hotel. I can recommend to anyone who is looking for a best deal.

宿泊までは心配だったが、最低限の清潔感は保っています。チェックインはパスポートのチェックもなく名前を伝えれば鍵を渡してもらえて驚きました。女性はシャンプー、化粧水等のアメニティがもらえました。バスタオルや使い捨てスリッパ、歯ブラシもあり助かりました。 NetflixやYouTubeも自分のアカウントを入れれば大画面でみれます。 3泊しましたが、部屋の清掃、タオル交換なし。清掃員の人にタオル交換して欲しいと伝えると、フロアの格納庫から取っていいと言われたので、セルフで交換しました。 近くに飲食店、コンビニがあり、とても便利な立地でした。

とても綺麗なお部屋に、大画面のTV!!ログインすると自分のアカウントでYouTubeも観れたのでずっと日本にいるみたいでした！ソウルに行くには少し距離はありましたが、最高なホテルでした⭐︎近くも飲食店が多く、オリーブヤングもあるし、SHINSEGAEもありリッチよし！
