Newly and directly constructed in Oct. 2016 by the host who majored in industrial design, Karezip is full of awesome design features from Japanese style cuisine bistro on the 1st floor to a small lawn space on top of the building. It may look small at first glance, yet we have put much efforts in creating a place that can please your eyes. Come and visit us! We are the best fit for couples, business travelers and family travelers with kids.

We provide pocket Wi-fi (500MB/day) - We provide transformers 220V to 110V.

We directly run a Japanese curry restaurant(Karezip) on the 1st floor. If there's any inconveniences, we will handle them!

Located in a university town of Dongdaemun district, every place in downtown is easily accessible. You can experience the exuberant spirits of young students as well as antique atmosphere of old downtown. Large campus of the University of Seoul is great for taking a stroll and prices are relatively reasonable compared to other areas of Seoul. Within 3-minute-walking distance to the University of Seoul, pubs, restaurants and cafes of different ambience are in your reach. A convenience store(SEVEN ELEVEN) is right in front of the building.

Perfect! Hard to Leave!

I needed an affordable place near the University of Seoul to visit my son. The location could not have been more perfect for my stay. The room is perfectly sized for one person. It is very clean. The host was more than gracious. If I come back I’ll stay here again.
