ひとりで一泊しましたが、とにかく対応が最悪でした。１０回以上ゲストハウスには宿泊していますが、ここまでひどいのは初めてでした。起きた出来事を報告しておきます。 昼過ぎに到着しましたが、フロントには誰もいませんでした。 チェックインの時間はまだだと思ったので荷物だけ預けようと思い、中にいた清掃員の女性に声をかけたところ、部屋を使い始めて良いと言われました。 事前にロッカーの暗証番号の設定方法などがメールで送られてきたので、それに従い、部屋とロッカーを確認しました。 ロッカーにははじめから鍵がかかっていて使用できなかったので、expedia経由でメールを送りました。すると「チェックインは15時からなので荷物は１階に置くように」と言われましたが、そもそもフロントに誰もいないので不安に思っていたら、清掃員の女性がロッカーの鍵をマスターキーで開けてくれました。（この時点でなぜロッカーに何も入っていないのに鍵がかかっているのが疑問に思うべきでした） 指示にあった通りにロッカーに暗証番号を入力し、荷物を出し入れできていましたが、３回目に突然開かなくなりました。中に自分の荷物が入ったままだったので焦り、先ほどの清掃員を探しましたがどこにもおらず、expedia経由でメールを送りました。 １時間くらいしてからメールで「マスターキーの場所を教えなければいけない」という返事がありました。「どこにありますか」と返信をしましたが、音沙汰はなし。 チェックインの時間になれば誰か来るだろうと思い、一度外出をし、夕方ごろに戻ってきましたが(もともと戻る予定はなかったのですが)、誰も来た形跡なし。 荷物が取り出せないので不安に思い、何度もメールをしましたが返事はなし。国際電話も何度もかけましたが「今は出られません」のコールが流れるだけ。 翌朝は９時ごろに宿を出ないといけなかったのでとても心配に思い、ロッカーのドアを力いっぱい開けたら開きました。中の荷物は取り出せたので、スーツケースをカプセルベッドに入れて寝るハメに。 そもそも、女性の力で簡単に壊せるロッカーであれば鍵付きロッカーの意味がないです…。特に警告音が鳴ったりどこかに連絡がいっている形跡もなかったです。 結局スタッフの姿を一度も見ることなく翌朝チェックアウトしました。 狭くても汚くてもゲストハウスなので仕方ないと今まで思ってきましたが、対応が悪い、というか２４時間誰も対応する人がいないというのは初めてのことだったので、二度と泊まりたくないと思いますし、危険なので宿泊しないことをお勧めします。

강남에서 가성비를 찾으신다면

논현역에서 많이 멀지 않은 곳에 위치해있는 단독 건물입니다. 개별 에어컨이 없고 (층별로 한 개씩 있는 것 같았어요) 드라이기가 고장나서 사용할 수 없었던 점은 불편했지만 전반적으로 관리가 잘되어있는 것 같았습니다. 강남 근처에서 볼일이 있으시면 저렴한 가격으로 잠깐 묵기에 좋을 듯해요. 제공되는 수건이 많이 낡아보였는데 예민하신분은 챙겨서 가야할 것 같아요.

If you go to the address, the hotel does not even exist! Tried messaging and calling the given contacts but totally uncontactable. Had to make a last minute transfer of hotel to the other side of Seoul. Do NOT book here to save yourself the trouble! It is simply not worth it.

그냥 돈이 없다, 잠만 잘꺼다 싶으면 가세요, 하지만 가셔도 못 잘지도 모릅니다. 어쩌면 객실이 치워져 있지않아서 호스트에게 연락하면, 호스트가 예약을 일방적으로 취소할 수 있습니다. 더 최악은 위의 사태가 발생한 시각이 밤 11시면 그 시간이 일방적으로 퇴실 및 환불 될 수도 있습니다. 그러면 그 늦은 시간에 다른 호텔이나 게스트하우스를 찾아야하구요, 운이 없으면 찜질방에서 자게 될 수도 있습니다. 호스트와 연락 진짜 잘 안됩니다. 전화 잘 안받구요. 2018년 가장 최악의 선택이 여기 예약한 거랄까요. 잠만 자려고 했지만 잠도 못잤습니다.

괜찮았어요

프런트가 없다보니까 커뮤니케이션에 어려움이 좀 있었으나.. 객실은 아담하고 만족합니다. 지하철역에서 가깝고.. 근처에 편의점이 있어서 좋았습니다.

対応が良くない

せっかく良いところにあって建物も綺麗なのに、オーナーの方が不在でチェックインの仕方がいまいちわかりにくい。 expedia上だと空室があるのにダブルブッキングになって他のホテルに行くよう促された。 宿泊客に対する言い方がきつかったのが残念だ。

stay simple as the name itself

The building is not too far from the main road and is in walkable distance to bus stops to many important locations in Seoul e.g. Myeongdong, Seoul Center. If you arrive by train, you have to do quite a walk to the hotel. It is 2 story building with separate shower room and restroom on the first floor. On the second floor, there are 4 capsules with individual lockers. The rules said you can only check in from 3pm until 11pm but since its self-service, I had no trouble letting myself in. Obviously, it is not that one of the luxury hotels, but its perfect for those travelers who are on a budget.

場所は駅から近く、とても清潔感のあるゲストハウスでした。シャワールームのある階がガラス張りなのが少し怖かったですがそれ以外は大丈夫です。オーナーの人には一切会わないままでしたが特に不便はありません。

No reception & No staff answering your phone call

This accommodation offers no reception, and what can you do if they don't answer your phone call? Fellow hotels.com users, do not dump your money to this hostel. Luckily I got refund by Hotels.com but it took almost 5 days and my plan in Seoul were totally ruined blame to this hostel! Argh!
