スタッフの対応やサービスもよい。室内の浴槽も広く 何よりも地下1階の大浴場と垢すりがよい。 地下鉄の駅の5番出口から地上に上がるのは階段なので、常に12番出口から上がっているが、ホテルまでの時間はそれほどかからないので交通の弁も良い。コロナで朝食が無くなったが、宿泊費の値段からすると妥当だろう。 この宿泊費で気軽に泊まれながら、各部屋に広い浴槽や、ウォシュレットなどもあるのは他には無いのではないか？と思い、いつも利用させて頂いている。
