Minimum front desk staff, several of whom were not at all friendly or helpful. Two bedded room had only 1 pillow per bed. You had to go to front desk to request more pillows. For Netflix you had to request a special connection box which staff had to come connect. It took two people 15 minutes to connect. Getting into and out of hotel required two different elevators. Lobby is on 5th floor so you have to learn which level, 1 or 2, you need depending on where you want to go. As others have noted, some rooms (twin bedded room for example, have tiny bathroom with sink in the room. This room had a bathtub. However, the family room, ostensibly for families with young children, had a walk in shower but no bathroom. Makes no sense. Breakfast was inconsistent and expensive. Not even close to a 4 star property and a disappointing stay.
