"The hotel is good value for money and located in the downtown area of Ulsan city. Good restaurants and pubs are nearby. The only controversial point is the fact that the reception(check-in) desk is located right in front of the elevators, so you have to see and say hello to staffs every time you go back to your room. "No parking space even if they said parking available. Find your parking by urself.
Rude staff. First they will give you the worst condition room, if you are shy/adjustable then you wont complain. If you complain, they will say ,it will be fixed tomorrow because no staff available.

"We had just an exceptional experience. Upon check-in, our room, which was beautiful, had a problem with the a/c. A fantastic hotel manager (I wish I could remember his name) took care of the problem immediately and even upgraded us to a better room! We enjoyed room service breakfast one morning, which was excellent, and visited the outdoor infinity pool once - because during peak season, you're only allowed to visit one time per day. But this didn't detract from our great stay. The room had all the amenities you'd expect and even some you wouldn't, like cables to charge your devices. We hope to visit Busan again and will definitely stay here."
