Great stay at Arena Residence. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s close to the airport. The room was clean and well-maintained, making the stay very comfortable. There’s also a nice swimming pool to relax in. They provide disposable toiletries like toothbrushes, which is very convenient. Excellent stay at Arena by Avery. The unit was spotless, peaceful, and well maintained. Many restaurants and food spots are located nearby, so finding meals was very easy. The airport is only around 15 minutes away, which is very convenient. A great choice for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Definitely do not recommend. In addition to a horrible check in process, they started randomly asking us for security deposits. The apartment was wildly overpriced—we had a far better stay in a much posher area for much cheaper. Look elsewhere and get a better place to stay, if you can.

Had a wonderful stay at Arena by Avery! The unit was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. The location is excellent, especially for travelers needing quick access to KLIA, with many guests highlighting the convenience of being around 10–15 minutes from the airport. Great facilities, peaceful environment, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

清潔感があり、とても過ごし易かったです。プールも素敵でした。 マレーシア全体の事なので仕方ありませんが、トイレとシャワールームの境界が無いのが唯一受け入れられない点です。
