The best thing about the propery is the owners. They made us feel very welcome and treated us as a couple and not just a number. James even cheuffuered us to the local shopping mall to show us where we could get an evening meal. There was nothing we didn'tlike about the property.

Disappointing service.

Booked this property because i was transiting overnight and the property was close to the airport. Emailed a few weeks prior, to the property that i was arriving at 11PM and was informed that checkin would be closed and information would be at the front desk. Arrived at 11PM to a deserted house with nothing after a 15minute grab ride from the airport but a set of keys with a 3 on it. After trying to reach the owners of the property. To no avail, I used the key found room 3 already tenanted and found things in the room upstairs. Tried calling the numbers multple times and leaving a message. But got nothing for 20minutes. Didnt see anyone except a group of French guests come in at around 1120. Finally after 30mins presumably the wife opened a door and tld me to wait. Then a gentleman came out and mumbled if i he could help me? Pretty disappointed by the service. Usually Malaysian hospitality is great. Mumbled an apology which didnt sound sincere and showed me a room. No keys were provided. Felt like I inconvenienced them despite them messing up the booking. Didnt get a good rest, At night had trouble sleeping, it was noisy with planes coming/going. I understand mixups happen, but a sincere apology would've gone a long way. Left at 6am the next day. If i had my time again, id probably have paid extra and booked a room at the airport.

Professionally run. Clean. Close to airport. Nice pool but time prevented our using it. James was very hospitable and helpful. Book exchange. Very hot and AC wasn't working at full capacity so hard to get to sleep. Nice coffee.

　住宅街にある素敵なＢ＆Ｂです。空港から電車を利用し、徒歩でいきました。歩いて周辺の環境を確認することはできますが、夜間や子供が同行するときはタクシーを利用したほうが良いと思います。 　近くに小さなショッピングセンターがあり、徒歩15分ほどで行くことができます。ショッピングセンターは地元色が強く、日用品をみてまわる楽しさがあります。部屋で過ごしたい場合はピザなど宅配もあるようです。朝食は数種類のおいしいパンやシリアルなどで、充実していました。朝早く準備してくださり、助かりました。今回は1泊でしたが、レンタカーなどがあれば、数泊したい！！と思いました。

Nuit de transit, nous recherchions donc un hébergement proche de l’aéroport. L’accueil de James était parfait, ses explications également. Petit déjeuner très bien et transfert vers l’aéroport organisé par nos hôtes.

James, Jo and the team were extremely helpful and went out of the way to accommodate me, including with my late-night arrival into KL. The room was very comfortable and the continental breakfast had a wide section - even several cooked to order options. Highly recommend!

It is within a 30 minute walk and then a 15 minute train trip to the KLIA airport. It was a little difficult for our taxi from the airport to find. We came in very late- 2 am- but the owners made sure we could get in. Food was simple but good. Swimming pool was Nice. Hotel was quiet, pleasant, & safe. Air conditioning was good. When we needed to go to the airport, owner dropped us at the train station about 2 km away.

素敵な家で、素敵なご夫妻の、暖かいおもてなし

海外に住むお金持ちのお友達の家に招待されたかのような、今までにない貴重な経験をさせていただきました。親切で気持ちの良いご夫妻の素敵な家で、夜、庭でコーヒーを頂きながら椅子に座ってぼーっとしたり、手作りの朝食（スクランブルエッグやワッフルなど）を庭のプールを眺めながら頂いたり・・・贅沢な時間を過ごさせていただきました。私たちは、空港から無料シャトルで三井アウトレットモールに行き、買い物や夕食を済ませた後、ウーバーを使ってホテル（家）まで行きましたが、住宅街なので、普通のタクシーでは探すのが難しいだろうな、と思います。翌朝、ホテル（家）から空港まではご主人が手配（45リンギ）してくださり、助かりました。今回は乗換えでKLに立ち寄っただけなので、ホテルでの滞在はわずか１０時間だけでしたが、次回またゆっくり来たいと思います。

We had a lovely stay at this property. Nice and close to the airport. Jo was a superb host dropping us off at the local mall in her car and even preparing us an early breakfast as we had an early flight. Jo even booked us the taxi to airport the same morning. I would definitely stay here again. We even had the pool to ourselves..

Comfortable & Convenient family-run B&B

Very easy & cheap to get here from KL airport via train to Selak Tinggi & then a short taxi ride via “GRAB.” Owner James v welcoming & helpful. Pool v welcome & refreshing after 12hr flight from UK. Eateries within easy walking distance. Breakfast simple but ample. James kindly dropped us back at train station for flight out. Would definitely stay here again.

A top choice

Only stayed overnight as had a flight out the following day. A metered taxi to and from the international airport cost only about 25 MR each way. James & Jo were excellent hosts, a lovely area and a lovely room and the swim in the pool was refreshing after our flight to KL. Local restaurants and shops just a 10 minutes walk, although James drove us to the local shops where we had a nice dinner.(we walked back) Top recommendation for an overnight or even a couple of days as the fast train to KL City central is very close by.
