"One night stay before heading to the Kinabatangan River. Easy walk to the Orangutan + Sunbear rehab centres (both amazing). Was a long walk to my room with many uneven steps along the boardwalk without any offer of help with my bags. I felt reception was quite poor - check in at 3pm and i arrived ..."
