Another played music while cleaning up despite beautiful quiet morning with birds. Another swore when seeing mess left by an animal. Front desk was super awesome however. "For the area of Sandakan that this hotel is in this is a pretty good option if you really have to stay here! I would not recommend the area at all. The staff here were very attentive and friendly. The room was adequate but the pillows were horrendous! Just lumpy lumps of hard sponge! The shower and sink use a pump system which was not smooth at all and you either had a ‘power’ shower or a trickle. The hotel is near the Central Market, Harbour Mall & the promenade plus local shops but don’t get...

"Close to the airport, but far enough not to hear the noise. Nice clean room. Bathroom needs some re-thinking. Shops and restaurants nearby. No elevator to the rooms. "

"Overall okay. Only thing is the master bedroom aircon which takes awhile to fix. Owner very responsive and provided welcome drinks when arrived. The area is good and quite close to shops. Good to have a car though."
