Ciudad Condal is in such a well connected area, you can get around the city very easily. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, in particular Ilaria who was so attentive and friendly. Overall a great place for a short stay, just wish there was a communal area away from the room.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row and love the pool and restaurant areas. We got a suite this time. There are many Spanish staff at the hotel and they are very well trained and experienced regarding service and cleanliness. Very impressive standards and the breakfast is amazing. They are very friendly too ! We will be back next year. Room cleaned every day including floor washed, new towels, water, coffee and tea. Evening turn down service included chocolate's and more water/coffee/towels. The pool furniture has been upgraded since last year and there is now a Sports bar ! Fantastic location if you have a hire car for Estepona and Gibraltar, Benahavis & Marbella old town. A lot of guests get Uber or Bolt to Puerto Banus. Tip: if you are going to Gibraltar book the trip in minibus up rock 24 hours beforehand otherwise you wont get one & the taxis are £340.

Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.
