Feel at home in Pistoia

The home was cozy and very authentic feeling. As the home is located up the hillside, watching the sunrise and the mist dissipate over the course of the morning was picturesque. The property and surrounding area is well kept with greenery and fruit and olive trees growing everywhere. Our stay was tranquil and peaceful, and felt very authentic and uniquely Italian!

Dreamy Tuscan Vacation

This property and the hosts were both so warm and welcoming. The views from every direction are incredible! What a luxury to have a pool to cool off in after a day of exploring. We had everything we needed and felt very well taken care of.

Wir hatten als Familie (Kinder 5 & 7) eine super Zeit in der Unterkunft. Wir hatten die große Wohnung mit dem Balkon, der einen tollen Ausblick auf Pistoia bereithält. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sie war sehr groß und geräumig, sehr sauber und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Hier haben wir natürlich viel Zeit verbracht.Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar in den Bergen gelegen. Als kleinen Tipp würde ich empfehlen, dass man sich gut gegen Mücken wappnet.

Traumhaftes Landhaus mit Blick über die Hügel und Ebene

Herrliches toskanisches Landhaus mit mehreren Wohnungen in den Hügeln oberhalb Pistoia. Zum nächsten Dorf 2 km, bis Pistoia 5 km über eine schmale, aber asphaltierte Straße. Pistoia hat ca. 90.000 Einwohner und daher zahlreiche Supermärkte, Restaurants und Geschäfte.Die Zufahrt am Haus ist steil und nur geschottert. Da sie eine Wölbung und eine Senkung hat und zudem die Abbiegung von der Straße sehr steil ist, ist sie mit Sportwagen und tiefer gelegten Fahrzeugen nur schlecht zu befahren. Mir hat es dabei den Diffusor zerkratzt. Mein Problem, das Haus liegt nun mal in den Hügeln. Mit normalen Autos ist die Zufahrt problemlos. Man parkt hinter einem schmiedeeisernen Tor mit elektrischem Öffner, den man vom Vermieter ausgehändigt bekommt. Man könnte das Auto auch unverschlossen lassen, so sicher steht es hier.Von der Wohnung im Obergeschoss hat man einen fantastischen Blick über die Ebene bis nach Florenz (30 km entfernt) und einen atemberaubenden Blick in die toskanischen Hügel. Traumhaft! Man ist in der Wohnung ganz ungestört für sich, die Terrasse ist nicht von anderen einsehbar. Diese ist real größer als auf den Bildern und dürfte ca. 25 qm haben. Die Mieter der anderen Wohnungen trifft man nur am Pool.Das Haus hat Flair, ist aber keinesfalls alt und marode, sondern sehr gepflegt und sehr gut instandgehalten. Alles funktioniert tadellos, alles Nötige ist vorhanden. In der Obergeschoßwohung hatte ich ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit hoher Decke, das fast herrschaftlich wir

Unsere Wohnungen war sehr großzügig mit Dachterrasse - alles vorhanden. Zum Pool muss man allerdings immer runter gehen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit einem traumhaften Pool in den Bergen, und mit traumhafter Aussicht. Alles ist super sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden wieder dort buchen.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut und wie beschrieben. Die Terasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht, das ganze Haus hat Charme. Pool ist wunderbar, sauber wie auch die Wohnung. DIe Lage von Psitoia ist für die Erkundung der nahe gelehgenen Städte Pisa, Florenz und Lucca gut geeignet. Um Zur Wohnung zur kommen muss man etwa 10 Minuten Fahrzeit von Pistoia extra rechnen, um den Berg hochzufahren.

Wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Terrasse viel geräumiger als man auf den Bildern denkt. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, nette Gastgeber, herrlicher Pool mit Blick in die toskanischen Hügel, wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Touren nach Lucca, Florenz, Pisa ... Pistoia als nahe Stadt ist mehrere Besuche wert, vor allem abends, nicht sehr touristisch, daher besonders schön.

Ruim appartement, prachtig uitzicht en mooi zwembad

Een ruim appartement met op de slaapkamers airco. Toen wij aankwamen was het binnen 31 graden, dus de airco was echt wel nodig. De keuken bevat alle basisvoorzieningen. Een tv ontbreekt. De bedden waren wat harder geveerd dan wij gewend zijn. Minder praktisch vonden wij douchen in een zitbad en het ontbreken van een föhn. Een tip is om een glazen wand of zoiets te plaatsen en om de wc bril te vervangen (versleten). Het appartement is niet gehorig. De wasmachine met strijkplank staat vlakbij het zwembad en is gratis. Een groot gemis vonden wij het ontbreken van horren voor de ramen, vanwege de vele muggen kun je ‘s avonds niet luchten. Het geheel is netjes verzorgd, het zwembad is prachtig met een heel mooi uitzicht! Helaas werden wij constant lastig gevallen door bijtende dazen (volksmond: steekvliegen), wat het zwemplezier behoorlijk bedierf. Wees ook op beducht dat de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt 15 minuten rijden is. Je zit namelijk vrij afgelegen op een berg. Dus vooral geschikt voor rustzoekers.

Wundervolle Aussicht von der Terrasse und toller Pool!

Wir haben 12 Tage in der Wohnung mit grosser Terrasse verbracht. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr geräumig. Die Klimaanlage kann vor Ort dazu gebucht werden und muss extra bezahlt werden. Herrliche Aussicht von der Terrasse und eine super schöne Poolanlage! Liegen und Schirme sind vorhanden und man kann jederzeit schwimmen gehen (auch Nachts!). Sehr nette Vermieter, die hilfsbereit sind und für Fragen zur Verfügung stehen. Die Bergstraße zum Haus ist gewöhnungsbedürftig aber machbar. Wir haben nur mit Stechmücken Probleme gehabt und wir empfehlen Insektenspray einzupacken. Ansonsten alles super!
