"This hotel was a lovely place to stay with friendly staff and lovely air conditioned rooms. It was a perfect location on the piazza with very good train and tram connections close by! The breakfast buffet and bar were both really nice with lovely food."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and available at 7am - 10 am which was very convenient. Elevator is a little old but works well. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel locations is right in front of the train terminal which is fantastic. However, be aware that there are lots of homeless, and I mean A LOT, of people and pick pockets that will make you uncomfortable and give you a sense of an unsecured place. But this is happening everywhere you go these days…"

"This hotel was perfectly located near the train station which made it easy to reach the airport after our stay. The hotel was wonderful, spacious and clean. Our room had a loft bed which was perfect for my 15 year old son. The bathroom was very large and clean. I would say this was a great hotel for the price point and staff was very helpful in calling a cab, giving us info and helping with our luggage. The room had a great historic look which was perfect for our stay in Florence"
