Although ALL Staff are super amazing here, bathroom cleanliness and beddings needs some work. Our towels looked like they were used and was never changed with stains on them and hairs on the shower walls. Pillows smelled like sweat and cigarette smoke. Great place to stay, lovely looking hotel and good facilities. Outdoor pool not heated but that didnt stop me from going in!

What an amazing property! Very well located, food options right beside and a little market less than a block away. Rooms are super spacious, very large balcony. Really helpful and friendly staff. Will be back here and highly recommend to anyone with family looking for a quiet and relaxing stay

Inturotel Esmeralda Park
Refurbishment of hotel and room superb. Only problem lift not working , same in other blocks. Never saw anyonevtrying to fix them we with a baby in a pram in our party and on 3rd floor so hard work.
