Terrible experience. This is not by any means a 4 star hotel. We spend 4 nights without Air conditioning, it didn’t work, we told the front desk e every day, and it all seemed to be funny to them, they sent 3 maintenance and they all said they couldn’t do anything. They didn’t offer me a new room, a discount , nothing. I told them again at checkout and they said oh too bad, here is your final bill: charged me to bottles of water hahaha. Hotel is older too, rooms are small, water pressure TERRIBLE, you will take a shower againts the wall almost to get wet, I wish I would leave 0 stars, ohh and it wasn’t cheap either.
