"I was disappointed with the breakfast. They had just one operation coffee machine, brewed coffee and juices were always empty and buns were dry from the beginning. Also not too great selection in breakfast items. Staff was informed about the situation but didn’t do anything about it. If breakfast is important to you than look for another hotel. The rest was good. Bed was comfortable and staff at the reception very friendly. I would not stay there another night."

"Good: Nice hotel close to city centre, 10 minutes walk. Breakfast was excellent with great varieties. Not so good: Could hear upper floor people walking and doors closing. Bad: maybe the language barrier, the reception lady did not repeat the parking instructions and said to park any spot underground. But the hotel elevator was behind the closed gate in the garage. I had to walk up to her, then she told me to press the buzz by the gate, she would open the gate for me to park inside. When checking out, another reception lady insisted that I had returned the room card. So we took our luggage down to the garage, loaded them in our car. Then I went up to reception to check out and went back down to our car. When driving up the ramp, the gate arm would not open! I had to backup our car to the garage (luckily no car behind) and went back to reception to complain. So many times back and forth, what a waste of time!"

"Room was decently sized and clean. It came with free water and a bottle of beer (nice touch). The bathroom is small but functional. However, the building doesn't have an elevator. Arrival by car is quite complicated, because of construction in this part of town. No parking around the building, but the closest public (underground) parking is a short walk. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, liebevoll und authentisch eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders die ruhige Lage und die angenehme Atmosphäre haben uns sehr gefallen.Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt und konnten hier wunderbar abschalten und die gemeinsame Zeit genießen. Auch die Umgebung lädt zu schönen Ausflügen und Spaziergängen ein.Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und dafür, dass wir hier eine so schöne Zeit verbringen durften.
