This spacious 200 sqm villa is perfect for groups and families of up to 12 guests. There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you will find high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace for a practical and pleasant stay.



    Outside, a large private garden features a beautiful pool overlooking the valley, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area—perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing moments surrounded by nature.



    Among the additional amenities: the private sauna for 6 people is available for an extra fee. The hot tub is free if used properly; if the water becomes cloudy or dirty and needs to be emptied, an extra cleaning fee will apply. Baby cot available. Pets are welcome. Private events and weddings are allowed only when booking the entire Tenuta Lonciano, including all three villas.
