Wonderful villa - beautiful town

Villetta Luciana is lovely, with beautiful gardens. The kitchen/living room is larger than it appears in the photos. The owner keeps it all in perfect condition. Sestri Levante is a gorgeous town, the Bay of Silence is just fantastic. Unlike all the villas I've rented before, there are no herbs, spices, oils or anything from previous guests. The owner arrived unannounced twice during our stay, to work in the garden, which we found slightly intrusive, but overall it's a fantastic place to stay.

Matig huis, prachtige tuin

Zwembad kapot, toegangshek kapot, keiharde bedden. We vonden het huis compleet qua gebtmruiksgemak, maar erg ongezellig, wat wellicht Italiaans is. De hondjes hadden een toptijd in de geweldige tuin die volledig afgezet was en vol prachtige bomen en planten stonden. De eigenaar kwam ongevraagd meerdere keren langs, dat is toch wel een invasie op je privacy. Al met al voor ons niet een accomodatie om vaker heen te gaan.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren eine Woche im Casa Luciana und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sauber und hatte einen schönen Garten. Das Grundstück war komplett eingezäunt, was es ideal für einen Urlaub mit Hund macht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Bellissima casa, bellissimo giardino e i padroni erano molto molto gentili . Tutto è stato fantastico. Ci piacerebbe molto tornare.

Vermieter ist bemüht

Bis auf kleinere Mängel ganz ok. Durch die direkt am Grundstück vorbeiführende kleine Strasse ist die Lärmbelästigung für ruhesuchende Mieter nicht zu unterschätzen.

Perfekter Rückzugsort

Das Haus ist komplett eingezäunt- also perfekt für unsere zwei Hunde gewesen. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, ist funktionell. Der Garten ist sehr groß, der Pool konnte von uns leider nicht genutzt werden, es war nicht warm genug. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat uns mit frischen Gemüse aus seinen Garten versorgt. Spricht aber nur italienisch.

Eine kleine Oase

Der Urlaub im Villetta Luciana hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ausgesprochen ruhig, was besonders nachts sehr angenehm ist. Es ist alles vorhanden, incl. Grill und Waschmaschine, was man für einen Urlaub im Ferienhaus benötigt. Der Garten mit Oliven-, Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen ist ein wunderschöner Platz. Die über zwei Seiten gehende Terrasse kann je nach Belieben den ganzen Tag genutzt werden.Es gibt immer einen Sonnen- bzw. Schattenplatz. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Un soggiorno splendido

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, Ankunft, Schlüsselübergabe war alles perfekt. Sie sprechen allerdings nur italienisch, wäre für manche Menschen ev. schwierig. (Ich spreche italienisch) das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Seife, Geschirrspülmittel, Putzmittel, Gasgrill, Handtücher. Tolle Terrasse und einen atemberaubenden Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit einem komplett eingezäunter Garten. Der Nahe Bach ist ideal zum Abkühlen für die Hunde. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Lediglich die Liegestühle könnten etwas bequemer sein.

Villa Luciana

In unserer Ferien Unterkunft Villa Luciana für 14 Tage. Es war super schön sehr sauber sehr individuell eingerichtet was uns echt gefallen hat sind gut erholt wieder zu Hause angekommen. War auch nicht sehr weit bis zum Strand. Konnten prima essen gehen zu fairen und günstigen Preisen. Frisches Obst und Gemüse haben wir von unserem Vermieter bekommen. War super nett würden immer wieder dieses Haus mieten. Auch perfekt für Hunde, alles eingezäunt und eine große toreinfahrt auch das Schwimmbad gut

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Ein tolles Grundstück gesäumt von Obst- und Olivenbäumen, schön und blickdicht eingewachsen, perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Zum Start wurden wir von den Besitzern herzlich empfangen und persönlich in alle relevanten Dinge rund um das Objekt, Gegend und Sehenswürdigkeiten eingewiesen. Im Ferienhaus fehlt es an nichts. Schöne Zimmer, marmorierter Boden, zwei Bäder, gutes WLAN, deutsches Fernsehen, Waschmaschine. Schön war auch der Pool, den wir ausgiebig nutzten. Absolute Empfehlung!

Schönes Haus mit großem Garten

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist wunderbar und auch die Entfernung zum Strand, Supermarkt und Zentrum war völlig in Ordnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Die Mücken waren etwas lästig und ein Bügeleisen fehlte. Ansonsten alles prima!

Ferienhaus Villeta Luciana

Der große Garten bietet für Hunde und Kinder viel Platz. Da die Terrasse um die Hausecke verläuft kann man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.
