It has 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a king size bed for 2 adults and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed + 1 foldaway bed, ideal for an adult or two children. Possibility of adding a child's bed (up to 8-10 years) in the double bedroom.

Large living room with fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, TV with Italian channels), bathroom with shower and bidet.

A splendid panoramic terrace, with two large awnings allows you to enjoy the beauty of being outdoors from morning to evening. Outdoor table and chairs plus sofas, deckchairs for relaxing, garden, reserved parking space.

The area is very quiet and safe, on the hill of San Bernardo in the Cascine area, surrounded by olive trees. 10 minutes by car from the sea of ​​Sestri Levante and the city center.
