"Pasamos un fin de semana donde nos coincidió con el belén viviente y recomiendo visitar el pueblo, estaba súper bonito y puedes ir andando desde la casa, quizás la subida es algo más cansada por la cuesta pero igualmente se hace, en la casa lo único que ecahmos de menos es algo más de calefacción, excepto la chimenea del salón, en el resto de habitaciones se pasa frio en invierno, hay una chimenea en el salón de arriba pero no se podía poner. "Truly beautiful location and great layout in the mountains just outside a small mountain village. We used as a base camp to explore the area, with El Gastor just being a very cute village, surrounded by lots other towns within 30 to 45 minute drives. The actual house was lovely, clean, and so inviting with just a wonderful sunset view. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!"

"We stayed in the Casita de madera for two months from January to March, i.e. during some of the coldest months of the year. The open fireplace contributes a lot to the cosiness factor but as a heating mechanism is not that efficient, so very glad there was also an electric radiator, which in the coldest weeks was struggling to keep us warm.
