"Great location and excellent breakfast!"

"Hotel was truly within walking distance of Milan's Central Station, just across the square. Area was surrounded by many restaurants, with easy access to transportation from the Station and many stores. Breakfast was scrumptious but only worth it if you are a big eater. Staff was worth the 4-star denomination, Room was small by American standards but totally comfortable. 2 non-alcoholic drinks free in the minibar was a nice touch. And they still use the old-fashioned keys instead of cards! Quite fun."

"We stayed here previously a few days earlier when we arrived to Italy. But the second time when we coming home was not a great experience. Firstly, when we arrived to check in we were told good news we have managed to upgrade your room. This turned out to be a lie. We went to the specified room and found it had only started to be cleaned and wouldn’t be ready. The cleaning supervisor assigned us to another room instead. We had to go back down to reception and inform them of this but they were confused. They reassigned us to another room but this was a basic room…..soo much for the upgrade. Furthermore, there was no apologies from the staff or no courtesy offer due to the inconvenience caused by reception. The room itself had very few outlets so be wary of this if staying here. Breakfast was extremely busy. The hotel advises to arrive at breakfast at certain times however I feel this is simply to finish breakfast early. There were very few quantities of food left and a slo turnover in replenishing the food for breakfast. Not a great experience and there’s a few low possibility I would book with Ibis again."

"We had a great stay. Loved the hotel location and team was very friendly. Metro line station is at the corner and Corso Garibaldi is a great street to walk for shopping and restaurants. Garibaldi train station is only a few blocks away. "
