This apartment is modern, extremely cozy and has recently been renovated to a high standard. It's located a few minutes walk away from Avenida Luisa Todi, the lovely and clean beach of Praia da Saúde, Praia da Figueirinha, and the picturesque Arrábida mountains. As well as dolphin attraction. The area is quiet and is in the well-known area of Município de Setúbal (Nossa Senhora Da Anunciada).
