The apartment was recently renovated, it is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen open to large living room.
In the heart of the historic district of Setubal, its location is ideal for a cultural, gastronomic, sporting, relaxing or lively stay as it is close to restaurants, bars, shops, historic monuments, entertainment, sea, park and fabulous market.

10 mins walk from the first beach, 15 mins walk from the ferry to Troia, 15 mins by car to the beaches of Arrabida.

During the summer period, a bus 300mn takes you to Figueirinha beach.
