Amazing staff! I overheard them helping several people navigate the city based on what they were looking for. Very clean hotel with lots of amenities. They also have limited dedicated parking (you have to ask for it) that is super helpful.

The Park across the street is beautiful. It’s pleasant to walk through the neighborhood squares with their inviting dining, drinking, and shopping opportunities. The Market is also worth a visit.

The Hotel didn’t have enough park space and we left the car in the front of the Hotel and got a parking ticket. Besides that the food was great.

A great place to stay in Setubal

We attended the Setubal Live Score Film Festival, and this hotel was within walking distance of both of the film venues and the train station. It’s also just across the street from a park filled with whimsical statues, as well as the town’s soccer stadium. The a la carte dinner in the hotel’s restaurant was quite good, and the breakfast buffet was satisfying. I was a bit disappointed with the size of the indoor pool, but the water temperature and cleanliness of the whole spa area made for a relaxing and enjoyable swim. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the park. The bed could have been a little softer though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was good. The breakfast was okay. The room, however, was literally falling into pieces. The door handle to the bathroom came off, as did the toilet roll holder. There was also a very unpleasant smell of sewage in the corridor and occasionally in the room. The body lotion container was empty and wasn't refilled during the four days we spent at the hotel. Our deluxe room had a small balcony but no balcony furniture. We asked if we could have some but it wasn't possible due to the very small size of the balcony.
