"We stayed with family (extended) and we had a grouping of three executive suites. All of our rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. There were robes for all adults. I loved the robe so much I purchased one from the gift shop to take home! The staff is extremely well trained in hospitality (something that seems to be a forgotten art these days). We were here during the holiday season and the grounds were absolutely GORGEOUS. Just a lovely stay. The only thing I am sad about is not being able to make a reservation for the afternoon tea during our stay. I do wish hotel guests would receive an option to book as they reserve rooms but other than that, a wonderful stay. Next time we are in SLC, we will be at the Grand America. Five Stars all around. "

"The room was absolutely fabulous, the staff are courteous and respectful. This place is run by people with integrity and honor, folks that treat others the way they want to be treated. Overall one of the coolest places I have stayed on my journey across the continental US. More places should be run like this one. It gives me hope for our future generation. I got amazing rest and hoping to still hit the climbing wall before I leave. If I had 3 hands it would ber three thumbs up:)"
