* The Cabin is on a residential area but with few homes close-by.
* Car needed for transportation in the area. Uber is available.
* Early check ins are an option providing there is not a same day checkout. We do offer the 4 hour block between noon and 4pm at $100.
* The cabin is about 15 minutes to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and 6 minutes to Pigeon Forge, near The Shopping Outlets, The Island, Titanic, Dixie Stampede and all major attractions and restaurants on Parkway.

**We allow weddings and events, wedding fee is $900, includes 45 chairs, 4 event tables, arch and use of the property for an event
