Black bear stay

The property was on a good location. The cabin could use some much needed maintenance. The house needs a filter system for the water. Has really high iron content. Toilets and tubs stained really bad from it. Porch steps need repaired. Also some of the blinds do not work or need replacing. Overall the stay was good.
