Overall the cabin was great clean and comfortable! It would be nice if they would leave like some condiments especially salt and pepper!! More towels for larger groups!

Great family trip!

Cabin was super nice and the view was great! Location was good too. We stayed up in the mountains as we wanted with close proximity of Pigeon Forge. Justin was quick to respond with any questions. Our family enjoyed our stay and hope to make a trip back next year!

Family vacation

If you are planning on a stay in the Smokies please don’t overlook this cabin. Minutes off 321. This place is gorgeous. To say the grandkids had a blast would be an understatement. No one wanted to leave. Our next trip I hope we are lucky enough to get the same cabin.

Cabin was beautiful, pool was excellent and hot tub was awesome! There were 6 of us and we had so much room it was wonderful. The front door is a little tricky at first. It has beautiful views. Anything is it is quite a drive up to it, but the beautiful views made up for that!

A great place for making wonderful memories with family!

A beautiful property and with the pool, hot tub and movie room, we did not need to leave the property! We had a great time and everyone wanted “just one more day” and definitely want a return visit!

Getaway with the grands!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Grand kids loved the pool, it was a little cool for us. We all enjoyed the hot tub. We loved the beautiful views and the peace and quiet. Would totally recommend this home.

The location of cabin was Great near everything from Clingmans Dome to Mall and Eateries but check-in process was horrendous. Gate code to enter property was not sent so couldn’t get gate to open when we arrived, then code to open door was wrong couldn’t get in so we had to get another code sent, A/C was not on so house was hot , refrigerator was hot so food we purchased prior to coming to the cabin wasn’t chilled properly ( buscits etc…) and didn’t have code for door to swimming pool. Floor in kitchen needs repair can’t walk on in certain areas without shoes or slippers on. Was really disappointed when we first arrived because of no one seemingly paid attention to basic needed information for customer check-in. After getting pass all that we were fine. Could really be a nice place if cabin updated properly. Pool is nice addition but Pac-Man game missing knobs.

Our family had an incredible stay at this charming cabin, and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cozy, well-maintained atmosphere. The cabin was spacious yet intimate, offering plenty of room for our family to relax and unwind together. The layout was perfect, with a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking meals a breeze, a comfortable living room for family movie nights, and bedrooms that felt like a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. We especially loved the outdoor space—sitting on the porch in the mornings with a hot cup of coffee while enjoying the serene surroundings was a highlight. The kids had a blast exploring the woods although we didn’t spot any wildlife. The location was ideal for us, offering a balance of privacy and easy access to local attractions. Whether we were hiking, fishing, or just enjoying the beauty of nature, there was always something to do. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, this cabin was the perfect place for our family to relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories. We’re already talking about coming back next year! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable family retreat.

Subpar

The sink backed up in the kitchen and the dishwasher did not work. A journal at the property with entries had complained of the dishwasher not working for over 6 months back. Maintenance came by and could not fix the sink or dishwasher. We requested a property with a functioning kitchen but they just apologized for the inconvenience. The dryer did not work. There was no bedding for the pull out beds. Two of the tvs in the bedrooms did not work. The house was not clean. We found dried vomit in the floor in the theatre room. The first night there when we used the kitchen, we had roaches crawl on the food. We also found several roaches throughout the house. We messaged about these concerns and the resolution was to refund $96.

Just a note for others

A few days before leaving for this cabin, i saw the latest review mentioning roaches. We contacted both the host and VRBO to try to get relocated as that is a big deal for us. After many phone calls, not coming to any solutions and being told to give it a try, we arrived to this cabin without all the people originally intending to come as they were extremely afraid of them. Within the first half hour we saw a few live roaches and many dead ones. Later we saw another…. I do have to say about the cabin that the location and cabin itself are beautiful, I hoped the review was not true. The housekeeping had done a great job, the kids were so excited for the pool which was pretty warm( there was a lot of chlorine though and the kids started coughing the whole night after!), but we just couldn’t relax. After many calls and many frustrations we were finally relocated to another cabin that was very clean with no bugs and still had a great stay although with different people we planned the trip with. So all in all, I would only stay in this cabin again if I knew for sure it’s roach free. The host kept evading my questions about them, but otherwise was always quick to reply. They do spray the cabin as seen with a lot of other dead bugs but have not gotten rid of them yet.

Overall ok

The property was beautiful. It is high up in the mountains however there was a roach issue. We killed several while there. In the guest book at the cabin it seems that it’s been a problem dating back as far as the book dates back. I reported it and they State that they will have an exterminator come. Hopefully they have that done monthly. We didn’t see any bears but did experience an earthquake which was an experience!!

Had a wonderful time with my sisters in Christ. Kitchen was awesome!!! Made some fabulous meals their. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very peaceful and quiet area that made some good sleeping.

Perfect for a short getaway with large group

The host was easy to communicate with throughout the entire process- booking, stay, checkout, and beyond! We had a few concerns upon arrival, but Justin responded to my messages quickly. He made a few attempts to correct the minor issues, but I insisted they were not needed for such a short stay. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and had so many cool features to keep our teenage girls occupied. They had a blast and did not want to leave!There were a few negative things we noticed, but none of them were enough to ruin our stay. The flooring on the main level in the kitchen and dining areas needed some work. The fronts of the kitchen cabinets were not clean, and you could see dirt and grunge under the large appliances. My home is no better, but I would expect more from a "luxury" rental property. There was no working power outlet in one of the upstairs bathrooms, but we just used a different room to dry our hair. We wish there were additional towels available for the pool or just something written in the property listing telling you to bring towels for the pool. There were a few other minor things that could use improvement, but none were enough to ruin our short stay. We just had a large group that needed somewhere to sleep for 2 nights. All the other fun things this cabin offered were just additional perks for our teens. Had we been on a big family vacation and staying longer, I would have been more concerned with it.Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Spring Break

This cabin in the mountains was perfect for our trip to the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. The cabin had plenty of room and entertainment for our group of 14 which included kids ages 5-11 and the adults as well. We really appreciated the alarms on the doors to the pool and deck on the lower level, giving us peace of mind knowing our kids were safe! As with any mountaintop community, the roads leading to the house were STEEP, but the driveway itself was flat and easy to park/unload. The owners were very responsive, including a late night message when the thermostat needed to be reset. Overall the perfect location for our stay, and the sunset views from the deck were perfection every single night!

Great Experience

We had a large group that came to town for a conference and we absolutely loved the cabin! The teens said they gave this cabin a 10 out of 10! Fun for all spacious and easy to get to. The property manager was very responsive through the entire process and always answered any questions very quickly. I never felt as if I had to wait to get a response. Check in and check out were a breeze. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed.
