The views from this property are absolutely amazing! My family and I enjoyed every day at this property from the pool, hot tub and even got a visit from a black bear right on the front porch our first evening there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and even provided some unexpected surprises such as coffee pods! View cannot be beat! Slightly steep drive up but very manageable without snow; and well worth the million dollar view!! Indoor pool was terrific. Comfortable mattresses too. Owners were very responsive to questions. We would definitely return!

Beautiful stay. Beds are extremely comfortable and the sunset is a must see. Hot tub wasn’t heating the first day, but they were very attentive and offered solutions quickly! It worked for the remainder of the trip. Drive up to the house is intense, but so amazing.

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed! The views are incredible, and the house was exactly as described. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the pool. Our family of eight stayed at the Phoenix Lodge and we had a great time. We were in town for our wedding and the lodge provided a great space for our pre-wedding activities like getting hair and make up done, our "first look" and our cake cutting. We have stayed in the area many times and this was the nicest place to date! The heated pool is actually heated and extremely enjoyable. Very clean house, comfortable bed, a kitchen that is stocked with quality items and views of the Smokies that is fantastic!!
