About This Cabin

Restful Valley is a brand new build in an amazing location as it is very close to the main strip. You will find this cabin well equipped with a view of mountains in the distance, and is only minutes to downtown Pigeon Forge. This cabin is the perfect Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain retreat because it is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing and conveniently located. After a day of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg adventures it's just a quick drive back to the cabin where you can relax and soak in the hot tub.

The Space

Our place is a newly built cabin and well equipped where you can get away from it all while feeling right at home. There are two floors, two decks, and a hot tub.

The main floor has a full kitchen, dining area, comfortable living area, two master bedrooms with king beds, two full ensuite bathrooms, and a half bathroom. The second floor has a bedroom with two full beds, a full bathroom, and a loft that has games and TV with a queen sofa bed and a single sleeper chair. You will find a deck on the main level at the front entrance, an upper deck on the front off of the second floor bedroom.  The back deck has comfortable chairs for relaxing with your favorite beverage, and a hot tub with a roof covering it. There is also a laundry room on the main level.

Outside we have parking for four cars.

Guest Access

Guests will access the cabin using a keyless entry. A unique door code will be provided for your stay before the check-in date. The cabin has a parking area where four cars can be parked comfortably.

Pet Friendly Property

We are a pet friendly vacation rental. We allow up to two dogs less than 35 pounds. There is a one time separate charge of $150 if you choose to bring up to two of your furry friends. Also, the owners of pets are responsible for any damage caused by the pet.

Other Things to Note

A link to a digital guidebook will be sent to you through text and email before your stay. This digital guidebook will have everything you will need for your stay including access and check-in information, house rules and procedures, food and activity recommendations, and check-out information. You will also be sent a mobile app that is the interactive version of the Welcome Guide and you can take it with you during your adventures.

Background and Renter Verification Notice

I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with the below protection.  The cost of this protection has been included in your rental fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.

Refunds can take up to ten days depending on the processor and credit card used. When a booking is canceled, and a refund is due based on the cancellation rules, the fee for processing the credit card is not refundable. The fee for processing credit cards is 3%.
