Great Christmas Getaway

Great location, the road a little sketch in places, as more houses are being built. The property manager was great with communication. Very spacious for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house and perfect for families

We had a great stay in the mountains. We had a few issues but they were taken care of and there was great communication with the property manager. I recommend this house and we will stay again!

Beautiful Views

Had a very small wedding at this location. Less than 15 people, had a few stay on property with us. Fully stocked kitchen was great. Views sold it and the pictures we captured of our big day are amazing. Property manager was amazing.

Beautiful Home

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for our family of 11 ranging in age from 7 to 67. House was immaculate in cleanliness. Close to all entertainment and activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Host was very helpful and accessible. Would absolutely book this again on our next trip to the Smokie Mountains!

Beautiful cabin and beautiful view!!

The cabin was beautiful and the view of the mountains was gorgeous! It was the perfect place for our family to get together and have Christmas. Plenty of room and very clean! Joyce was wonderful to work with and was always available. We have visited Pigeon Forge for years and this was one of our favorite places!! We are planning on going back next year!!

Breathtaking views!

This cabin was everything we dreamed of for a short get away with our kids. I chose this one for the views and it did not disappoint! It was an easy drive to a secluded location, yet a short drive to dollywood and other attractions. The property manager was quick respond and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back again for sure!

Family Vacation Fun

Property was beautiful. We even got a little snow during our visit. Our only disappointment was that we could not get the living room fireplace to light, but with the spectacular views, we didn’t miss it much. Joyce was very responsive to questions prior to and during our visit. Would totally recommend this property.

Outside.deck and inside had spider cobwebs. Bedroom smoke alarm had low battery so beeping through out our 4 day trip and was promised all items would be fixed but no one came.

Great View!

Cabin has an excellent view and all the accommodations anyone would need. The cabin is well loved and could use some renovation in certain areas. New theater seating and attaching the bed headboards would be a good start. Other than the wear and tear of the cabin we had no complaints. Cabin is located on a private dead end road which was nice.

Dirty place

When we got there on May 4 we discovered the place left unlocked and not operating. It took 4 days before the batteries were changed in lock. The trash was as overflowing and management stated that it would be empty that day then the next day and on day 4 they removed 2 bags. The house lack basic maintenance like light bulbs, no dish towels to do dishes. Good in cabinets with mold. I can go on and on. To bad the view is beautiful

Above the Smokies- perfect family trip!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Top of the mountain, plenty of parking space & felt very private. The views are simple incredible. Pictures do not do this place justice. The kids loved the movie theater room, that is where they spent most of their time. The adults spent most time on the geogeius balcony & by the fire pit. The house was well equipped with basic things you would need. The drive up the mountain is one lane & there are some twists and turns that was a little nerve wracking the first time up. If you like to drink any form of alcohol I would suggest picking up before arriving in town. It is a dry county and the liquor store we found was very pricey. The Rocky Top mountain coaster was a blast! The property is very close to Dollywood & Gatlinburg. We were very happy with our stay and all decided we would definitely be back! Joyce and her property manager were very responsive! 5 stars!

Check-in took a little extra time as we received an incorrect access code. The house was clean and the beds were fresh. Our family enjoyed our trip and the dogs were comfortable as well. The views are breathtaking for sure. Very close access to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Plenty of room for everyone.

Smokey Mountains Vacation

This cabin fit the needs of our family perfectly. The views were amazing and although the cabin took a bit to get to, we loved how it felt so far away from the craziness of town, but yet close enough to town to get to things quickly.My only complaints were that we felt the kitchen could have used a few more serving trays or baking pans and there really wasn't a lot of information available on the checkout policy, but when we communicated with the host, they were very relaxed and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again if we made another trip back to the smokey mountains.

Fantastic home and experience!

I wish I had it in me to give 0 stars, just so that I could keep this gem to myself - but that would be a complete disservice to this home and to Ms. Joyce.Beautiful home, beautiful view, lovely hot tub and fire pit, plenty of space. The location and proximity to area attractions was wonderful. Check in and out was a breeze and Ms. Joyce was super responsive, fast and kind. The only cons would be there are a lot of lady bugs in the house, the front door has to be locked to be secure and the driveway and road to the house could be problematic in certain conditions. Cannot wait to come back, this place is a keeper!

Nice cabin but terrible host and service

The cabin has a great view and great space and layout. However, it was not properly cleaned before our stay. There was old and dried poop in the shower and on the top deck. The garbage outside was full with garbage so we could not fit ours even on the first day. The host did not send us the arrival check in info. I had to reach out multiple times and call for the info. I was told I’d get the cleaning fee back and that was a lie.

Great Cabin for large Family Great Views

Short review : Overall we enjoyed our stay at this cabin! Very roomy for my family (7 adults 4 kids under 10). Property manager was responsive and professional. Great location with amazing views! Plenty of parking and even room to turn around before heading down the driveway!

The most amazing stay!

This cabin is very special. The photos don’t even do the view justice, it really is breathtaking! We were a group of friends with 3 couples and 2 friends, and the cabin had more than enough room for us all to have our own space. One of the bedrooms didn’t have any windows but was spacious with an en-suite, and the other 4 bedrooms all opened on to the balcony and views of the mountains. Enjoyed the hot tub and plenty of outdoor seating. Also used the fire pit but would recommend bringing firelighters. The road up was narrow and windy, and the drive very steep but no issues and enough parking for several vehicles. Pigeon Forge 10 mins drive, Gatlinburg around 15 mins, Dollywood 10 mins - fantastic location! Car definately needed though. Only issue was an infestation of lady birds that we kept finding everywhere, but the cabin was clean. Overall we loved our stay and would 100% recommend staying in this beautiful place.

Retreat with a view!

We had a wonderful stay in the Smokies! The cabin was so spacious and perfect for our family vacation! Everyone enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and private baths. The theater room was fun to relax after a day of activities! The deck views were amazing and perfect for morning coffee! We would suggest stocking up on tp, paper towels, Kleenex and dishwasher/sink soap as we ran out. There were cobwebs everywhere inside and out and several spiders, but maybe it’s the time of year? The door handle appears broken, and was difficult to open. The lock code didn’t work so we had to use a key and coordinate when we split up. There was some construction vehicles and workers out on the street, even after dark, so be aware when coming or going as the road is fairly narrow. Overall, we had a great time and would stay again as it was very convenient to activities in every direction!
