The worse rental I have ever experienced. The house was dirty, had bugs, outside had trash around the house, none of the decks were swept/cleaned, spider webs and wasps everywhere! There were 3 decks and only 4 rocking chairs for a house that sleeps 58 people.2 hot tubs on property, one did not work at all and the other was infested with spiders so unusable. Called maintenance, they were to come the next morning but no one showed up, we had a bathtub that leaked out the side of the tub, the bathroom flooded and then leaked through the floor to the next level, the maintenance never showed up and we were told they would be there st 9am the next day. 2 microwaves, neither of them worked and we had 3 babies that needed bottles heated up! Glass shelve missing in refrigerator so couldn’t use a lot of fridge space. Broken kitchen window that was just left open when we got there.Not adequate towels. We had 33 people in our house and 1 towel per person. Not adequate kitchen utensils, 3 can openers, none of them worked. No beaters for the 2 mixers. Game room advertised but 1 of 2 table games did not work. Bugs in all the ceiling light fixtures. Multiple tubs would not drain….. I can go on and on. I myself has had rental property in NC, this is absolutely not acceptable!!
