If anything doesn’t meet expectations upon check-in, please reach out within your first evening—and if possible, send a quick photo. We’ll immediately compare it to our cleaning report and, if there’s a true issue, dispatch our local team right away to make it right. This quick communication helps us address any concerns before normal guest use (especially with the hot tub, where water quality can change quickly once it’s in use).

💬 Frequently Asked Questions
🏡 Is there a grill at the cabin?
Due to county fire safety regulations, outdoor grilling is not permitted. Instead, enjoy our deck bar seating and outdoor dining area overlooking the mountains — perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks.
⸻
🔥 Does the fireplace work?
Yes! The cabin features a modern electric fireplace that produces both heat and cozy ambiance — ideal for cool mountain evenings without the need for gas or wood.
⸻
🚗 How steep is the driveway? Can I bring a trailer or motorcycle?
The cabin is in the mountains, so the driveway is steep but well-paved and maintained. It comfortably fits up to four vehicles. Most guests have no trouble, but AWD or 4WD is recommended in wet or snowy conditions (especially October–May). If you’re not comfortable with steep, narrow, or curving mountain roads, this may not be the right fit. Trailers and motorcycles are not advised due to limited turnaround space.
⸻
🛣️ What are the road conditions like?
The property is located on HOA-maintained roads that are routinely serviced and easy to traverse year-round. In winter months, conditions can vary — please drive cautiously and consider travel insurance (see below).
⸻
🧺 What if something isn’t clean or working properly when we arrive?
Our cleaners follow strict procedures and send time-stamped photos after every turnover. If anything seems off, please message us within your first evening (and include a photo if possible). We’ll compare it to our pre-arrival report and, if needed, dispatch our local team right away. Quick communication helps us resolve issues before normal guest use (especially for the hot tub). Request made 24hrs after check-in may not be honored.
⸻
🕹️ What’s in the game room?
The game room includes: 🎱 Pool table 🕹️ 3 Retro arcades 📺 Smart TV 🛏️ Triple bunk bed 🥤 Kitchenette with mini-fridge & microwave
⸻
🌄 How far is the cabin from major attractions? • Dollywood / The Island in Pigeon Forge – 8 mi • Gatlinburg / National Park Trails – 12–13 mi • Tanger Outlets – 10 mi • Applewood Farmhouse / Old Mill Restaurant – 8–9 mi
⸻
📶 How’s the Wi-Fi and cell service?
The cabin has 325 Mbps Wi-Fi — strong enough for streaming and remote work. Cell service can be spotty in the mountains; we recommend enabling Wi-Fi Calling before you arrive and downloading offline maps just in case.
⸻
🧻 What supplies are provided?
A Starter Pack is included: • Toilet paper, paper towels • Hand, dish, and laundry soap • Trash bags Additional supplies may be needed for longer stays.
⸻
🚽 What kind of plumbing system does the cabin use?
We’re on a septic system, so only toilet paper should be flushed. Please dispose of other items in the trash to avoid costly damage.
⸻
🧾 Is there a rental agreement or damage fee?
Yes — after booking, guests will receive a rental agreement to review and sign within 24 hours. Failure to sign may result in cancellation per Airbnb policy. A damage fee is included to cover accidental damages that may occur during your stay.
⸻
🌨️ Do I need travel insurance?
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against weather-related road conditions or unexpected events. In rare cases of snow or icy roads, this ensures peace of mind.

Our family- including 2 children and teenagers- had a wonderful stay. The beds very extremely comfortable! Hard to find in rentals.. Very clear check in and check out instructions. Kitchen was clean & well stocked. Cabin had plenty of extra towels and blankets.Driveway is steep but well lit at night and well worth the view. The host was very responsive. I can’t say we had any issues staying here.I would highly recommend if in the area!
Middle of Gatlinburg/ PF, which makes it nice when visiting both locations. The inside with 3 kings made all 6 adults feel comfortable. We were lucky to see one bear walk up the driveway one day.
This cabin was perfect for our family to spend NYE together! Enough room for all kids. Great location not far from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg either. Just wish it had an automatic ice maker. Thanks for a great stay!!!
This cabin has everything and close to town and entertainment. We enjoyed the views and all the cabin had to offer. I would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat yet close enough to hit town and Dollywood in same week
The place was pretty much perfect. It was my mom and I and 4 teenagers. We all had our own space if we wanted it. The cabin was very clean and organized. We couldn’t find a grill but that is pretty minor. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind for next year.
The home was great, we found ourselves coming back early from our day excursions just to hangout. The view from screened porch and the porch swing were breathtaking. Would highly recommend and if we go back to the area would stay again. It was my husband and our two buddies staying and I loved the separate bedrooms on each floor with the individual bathrooms
Great location with beautiful views! Wonderful host
We absolutely loved our time at this cabin! The new washer/dryer unit was installed while we were there and can handle larger loads.
The views were amazing from every direction. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax after a long day of exploring the area! The hosts are wonderful and very responsive and helpful should you have questions. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
This cabin had everything we needed for a great family vacation w/ 6 adults. Well stocked, comfortable beds, nice furniture, and great communication from the host. Couldn't ask for more.
As some have said, the road to the cabin is quite steep and narrow in parts, but it is paved and the pavement is in excellent condition. We didn't have any troubles, even in a Prius.
This cabin would be great for a large group, though three of us had lots of room to spread out. We all loved the cabin and game room. Parts of the drive are not for the faint of heart, but it just added to the fun for me. Lots of narrow roads, sharp turns and steep inclines. Rental and check-in process all went very smoothly and we would be happy to stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was clean and check-in-process very easy. The view of the mountains was gorgeous. We also had a visit from a momma bear and 3 cubs right outside the cabin. We appreciate the additional precautions of keeping the car free of food and locking up.
The drive to the cabin was steep but worth it!
We had the best time ever at this cabin in the Smoky Mountains! The views were out of this world, and it felt like we were close to all the cool spots without being stuck in the hustle. Waking up to those mountain views with coffee in hand was pure bliss. The cabin had everything we needed but kept that cozy, rustic vibe we were after. Our hosts were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Seriously, if you're looking for an epic mountain getaway, this is the spot. Can't wait to go back!
Great home, great location, great experience overall renting it. Plenty of space for our family of 6 with beds to spare. Kids loved the game room and having enough TVs that everyone could watch/do their own thing. Wife and I loved sitting on the screened in porch and sipping wine at sunset.Just...be ready, it's a steep and narrow drive to get there. We got used to it after a few days, but I'd hate to be driving there for the first time in dark or wintry conditions.
Property was just perfect for our family of 6 plus our 3yo grandson! Lots of activities provided at the cabin & the hottub was amazing! The views were spectacular, especially from the loft bedroom every morning & the sunsets were stunning! The cabin was very well stocked with everything for preparing large meals (crockpot) to a plentiful supply of towels, irons, & hairdryers. The beds were really comfy & there were large closets with hangers provided. It was a perfect stay & we even got to see lots of wildlife around the cabin! As some have said the road is a little steep the last few feet but we never had any issues in our small SUV. This cabin is a must stay for a Great Smoky Mountain experience!
My friends and I rented a beautiful cabin in pigeon Forge. The location was excellent to go to either Gatlinburg or pigeon Forge. Our only issue was that the fireplace did not work because the pilot light had somehow another been blown out. Took a couple of days to get the fireplace going. The only other thing we did not like was the drive to the cabin. The roads were very steep as was the driveway.
Everything went smoothly, just a little
glitch from air conditioning worker there on arrival. Clean inside beds were comfortable and cabin roomy. Outside on decks could have been swept up a little after someone’s stay because it looked like it hadn’t been for weeks. Only had 1 extra garbage bag so could have used a couple more. But everything else we needed was there. Even had bear walk right me as I was on the swing.
We had such an amazing time here. The house had everything we needed ( trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, shampoos, conditioner, body wash, etc) to just kick back a relax for the first couple of nights. The driveway is very steep. I had read the reviews so i knew that when i made the reservation. What i didnt know was that the majority of the roads were extremely steep as well. I have a kia k5 and my dad has a ford flex. Both vehicles struggled a great deal with the steep winding roads. I would recommend taking a vehicle with a little more power for the climb. Also the roads are very narrow and other people do not know how to share the road. All of that is of no fault of the property listing though. I shouldve done better research and maybe rented a vehicle. There are such incredible veiws at this cabin. The furniture is comfortable and the hot tub was lovely even on 95 degree days.
