"This is a fantastic rental property!! From the initial reservation experience to checkout, it could not have been better. Derek and his local management contact were both very helpful with getting us settled upon arrival. Joanne called to make sure we had everything we needed for the 2 weeks and provided her number should we need anything at all. The house is beautiful and the backyard is an "Oasis" as described. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing, and family-friendly in all aspects. Thank you Derek, we will be booking with you again should we ever return to Phoenix!!"

"Property was clean and ac cold. Recommend leaving the patio light on at night to make it easy to see when arriving after dark. Property owners also have colored lights on the property, which helped one evening. I would recommend this every evening for easier sighting. Overall, super happy with the property and owners communication. "
