Kitchen well equipped though we did not use the kitchen. Bed very comfortable and communication excellent. They booked a airport transfer and when i asked to be picked up earlier they sorted everything out .Hotel in a very good area and I would be very happy to stay here again

Location is great and concierge was very helpful. Had a nice surprise of a second bathroom however a bad sewage smell came from that bathroom. The room itself was pretty nice and bed was very comfortable. There was an extra blanket and pillows too which was nice because it got cold at night

I'm giving 5 stars because I think this stay was one of the best I ever had from a value for money point of view. We loved the shower room and the size of the suite. We can't find that in hotels at a similar price point. The staff were always very kind, they gave us a lot of tips about places to go in the city, and the communication via WhatsApp was great. I just think the quality of some stuff is not at the same level as the facility, for example, the towels could have better quality, and the bed was too soft in my opinion. Also, if you have light sleep, this might not be the place for you; there was noise from the street all the time, it wasn't an issue for us, but it can bother some people.
