"Apartment was great. Good location, clean, and modern. The agency managing the reservation however was disorganized. We waited almost 2 hours at check-in as the agent was triple booked with other properties, despite us scheduling our arrival time. The agency also did nit know much about the property. Took some time to get all access codes. The stay was great other than that."
