The living room open on a beautiful terrace of 60M2 wood, perfectly exposed, offers an unobstructed view of the garden.

You will enjoy in addition to the terrace, fully enclosed garden of 100m2, ideally exposed East / South / West.

The house is composed of a day area of 70m2 with:

- fully equipped new kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine + filter, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils)
- Cozy living room with a fireplace only usable in winter overlooking a veranda. (50cm tv)
- Dining room overlooking the wooden terrace.

65m2 sleeping area with:
- Bathroom with bath and double sinks
- Separate toilet with a washbasin
- Large room for children with 2 bunk beds or 4 beds in 90x190cm, with table football and storage
