Spacious, bright and pleasant single-storey house tastefully decorated, 135m2, located in a residential and quiet neighbourhood. Close to shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher, caterer), cycle path and lake.
3 minutes from the cycle path, 3 minutes from Lake Annecy and 8 km from Annecy city centre.
Bakery 400m away, supermarket, caterer, butcher 800m away.
The living area open to a lovely 60m2 wooden terrace, perfectly oriented, offers a clear view of the garden.
You will also enjoy the terrace, the fully enclosed garden of 1000M2, ideally facing East/South/West.
The house consists of a living area of 70m2 with:
- Brand new fully equipped kitchen (Dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine + filter, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils)
