"Our vill a was an ideal location for our stay. We were blown away with the villa and the spectacular views over looking the mountain. The villa had everything and more to ensure wonderful experince. The local bus takes you into the centre of Anncey for a small price 1€50 and this is a must to see the lake in its glory. "A characterful house with a good big garden and a super location a short walk to the lovely beach at St Jorioz and also close to a practical town with useful services. Lovely to sit on the small balcony outside the kitchen window while someone else is cooking. This kitchen is small - as shown on the site - but worked out fine for our party of 10 as long as everyone is not in the kitchen at once. "Was a bit far for Annecy Film festival, but bus was very close and ran frequently. Staff were helpful and room was very comfortable. Nice to have kitchen. Parking was small extra charge per day. "
