"The property was immaculate. Decent hot breakfast. Only complaint was that there was ample room in the hotel to spread guests around to accommodate for couples traveling VS large families with young children. Instead rooms were filled in certain areas making it impossible to relax. Kids screaming, crying, jumping and carrying on ALL night long. It made a 5 star stay a 4 star simply because it was completely unnecessary. The front desk person seemed indifferent to concerns."

"I had bed bugs in my bed and we were transferred to another room. And that room wasn’t as clean as well and found another bed bug on the floor in that room as well."

"Pet friendly location and a quiet neighborhood was great for walking the dog. Attractive, clean, modest accommodations. Hostess is easy to communicate with and helpful to troubleshoot issues. We have returned year after year. We appreciate the value of this home as a place to stay. "

"Desk staff was friendly, but rooms are shabby. I was there for 5 weeks and they only cleaned the room twice, and that after asking multiple times. The stove and TV didn’t work - had to go in the office 5 different times over a week before they fixed them. Roaches all over kitchen, shower never got hot and the roof in the bathroom dripped constantly. It’s a real dump for $90+ a night. Would never stay there again."
