"We stayed here for our 17th anniversary and reserved the best room in the hotel; king suite w/terrace. Let me a start with the good... ALL of the staff are super friendly and helpful, minus the cleaning staff who didnt speak and didn'tdo a good job cleaning our room; the staff is not the problem with this place in my opinion. We immediately walked in to a dead stickbug on the tv stand that looked like it had been there a while. We examined the room and found cobwebs all over the batroom. All the HVAC units stated "change filter". There was a broken tile at the base of the shower where you step inand one of the dispenser in the bathroom was broken off from the shower; never would have noticed accept they didnt even remove the broken part. The curtains in yhe living room were litterally falling off due to being broken. There furniture is arranged in the bedroom so that you can't actually close the door. There were stains all over the rug in the living room. All of the decore and furniture looked at least 20 years old, and seemed like a random put together room with leftover furniture and decore. This was supposed to be the nicest room I was told, h to see the others. We only didn't leave or complain cause we hadn't planned on spending much time in the room. We have stayed in a lot of places much nicer than this for less and way better for not much more then we spent here. The room is not worth the money at all. I could go on about a few other small things but you get the point"

"The room was clean and well stocked with towels. I liked being able to walk outside to the patio. On addition, having a restaurantwith good food on-site is great!"

"This is a great hotel in a great location. First off, and most important, is the staff! They all were friendly, helpful and always interacting with everyone. It is located next to a large shopping complex so you are with walking dustance to numerous restaurants of a variety of cuisines. The hotel offers a continental breakfast which includes a waffle machine. Hotel is not fancy, but is nicely decorated. Thery even have an outdoor fireplace. I would happily stay here again"
