This 3 acre Home with Private Pond on property, is located in Stevensville/Kent Island has a quiet & peaceful setting at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The first floor has the Kitchen, Living Room with a large sectional sofa, a Full Bathroom, a Sauna w/Shower, the Master Bedroom with King Bed, and the 2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed.
Located on the upper level a Loft that sleeps 6 with 2 Full-Sized Beds and a Full Pullout Sofa. Upper level also has a 3 Bedroom with a King-Size Bed and Full Bathroom.
There are Smart TV's with streaming services in the living room and Master Bedroom. The House also has WIFI, A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Supplies, etc.
Blankets, pillows, linens and bath towels ARE provided with the home.
The Kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire house and property, with the exception of the garage, and exterior buildings.
Other Things to Note:
- The home is two stories with necessity to climb a few stairs to access the entry and stairs to access the upper floor inside.

Stayed here for a friend's wedding on Kent Island. Beautiful home centrally located in Kent Island, with a very helpful and communicative host. Would stay here again if I'm ever in the area!

Great Layout!
If you are looking for a comfortable and clean home with a great layout, this is it! Adam was great to work with from start to finish! He was accommodating of our situation and incredibly attentive as needed! The house has a fabulous layout and worked out well for a party of or size. The beds were really comfortable, and the lounging areas are ample and cozy as well! The property is private and beautiful! If you are looking for a getaway, look no farther! I highly recommend this property!

The Place is Amazing

Peaceful Get Away
The property was sumple but beautiful with a nice space outside to play with the kids. The inside of the house was beautiful as both kids and adults felt at home very quickly. The ammenities were great and the house was well supplied with basic essentials. The environment was quiet and peaceful.

Quiet Convenient Clean
My friends and I went to a local Spa for the day and stayed at this VRBO in the evening. Lots of room and beds. It was clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive
Uber eats delivered our dinner. So the location was convenient for us
I would recommend and I would rent this location again if I’m in this area!

Beautiful neighborhood
This was a great house in a really great neighborhood. It was clean and well stocked. The host was great, quick to respond, and very accommodating. I recommend you stay here if you are looking for a house anywhere near this area. We commuted to DC daily and had no issues.

Great house in Kent Island!
We stayed with a large group for a wedding nearby in Kent island and it was a perfect house! The house has plenty of beds/sleeping arrangements, expansive outdoor space (we played pickleball and four square in the driveway) and was situated in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the wedding venue.
