"This is a really nice place. The building itself is architecturally wonderful.n As soon as you walk in there a calm vibe and the staff are really helpful and so nice. And that calmness permeates into their rooms. The room was clean, nice bed and the shower tub was a decent size. I highly recommend this place if you're in Otaru."

Would love to stay again! So lovely and the staff was very helpful. Also did a massage which was so nice after a day of skiing. The gondola ski on/ski off was incredible! "
