The room I was initially put in did not have a working air-conditioning or a phone and had a really odd smell. The staff were excellent and handled it right away and put me in a new room. The new room had an AC plug-in unit so I wonder if there’s an issue with the AC across the whole hotel? Either way, the staff was excellent and the hotel is lovely.
