Sofitel Hangzhou Westlake
The hotel’s location is fantastic! So close to Westlake and the shopping malls, all within walking distance. Room was clean and the bathroom was nice. Wished the opening hours of the pool was earlier and not 11.30am.

Loft room was a pleasant surprise. Spacious and modern. Great to unwind with the family after a long day of walking around West Lake. The location isn’t the best for access to the lake. Breakfast and lounge were also really great. Would recommend if you plan on staying several days.

Great little boutique hotel near Hefang Street and Westlake. My room came with a bathtub which I really appreciate. I would stay at this hotel again when in Hangzhou.
