Very bad experience with the hotel manager, not understanding and start yelling when I asked to change room. My family and I felt uncomfortable and we mahe a different hotel reservations just for such a poor customer service specific from the manager who got so upset and yell at us. ホテルはそこそこ古いのですが、綺麗にされているので不潔感など全くありません しかし、設備の古さは否めなく、コンセントなど疲弊していて、つっかえて差し込めなかったり、差しても電気の接触が悪かったりして充電器で充電できなかったりしました しかしながら、インターナショナルホテルですから、宿泊客に欧米人も多く、朝食バイキングも和洋中全てが、しかもそこそこの良いレベルの食材がバイキングで食べられるのは良いですね！ 交通の便も、地鉄１０号線の駅も近くで、空港（虹橋）まで２０分位で行けるのも良いですね 総じて、リピートしても良いなと思えるホテルだと思います

Excelente hotel, excelente servicio. Ubicación muy buena, dependiendo de las necesidades de cada huésped. Para mí la ubicación es excelente.
