6/10 Okay

The staff were friendly. However, I would not recommend staying here if you have limited mobility or are elderly; there is no assistance with luggage, and there are steps leading into the lobby.

Sleeping areas were clean and the large tv was nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide selection of food. My family was very happy. The hotel is conveniently located close to Hongqiao, but does not offer a shuttle. The front desk will help get a cab for transportation. We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the train station.

Pleasantly surprised !

Booked this property as our train got cancelled due to the typhoon . I have to say Holiday Inn Express in China are quite different from the rest of Europe and USA . The standard is much higher and the service , staff and amenities are flawless .
