We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! Clean, quiet, staff was excellent and very professional and everyone we dealt with spoke excellent English. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious with many western and eastern options. The location was very convenient with plenty of restaurant and shopping options within a few minutes walk as well as the Metro. Awesome experience!!

The HVC system was not good. Our first night, the room temperature only reached 21 degree Celsius. Hotel offered us a different room on the second day, room tempurature stayed at 27 degrees Celsius. There was nothing hotel staff could do. Only thing they could do is offering a fun. We had to keep our room door open a lot of time in order to bring the temperature down. Rather disappointed.

breakfast is good. Every day has different varieties of Chinese foods. western foods are soso specially coffee is so light. Good facility convenient location. Heater control in room not working, temperature was too high, sweating all night but couldn’t do nothing.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms and public shared areas are very clean. Lack of hotel dinning options or bars is disappointing. Room closet and shelf design is not functional.

Hotel is equipped just enough for a comfortable stay. The location is brilliant. Close to metro station line 2 and line 15. And surrounded by several big shopping malls. Adequate Restaurants and food courts in the area too. Most importantly hotel staff are all super friendly and helpful. This makes my stay at Hyatt place much more pleasant. I will always come back here while visiting shanghai. Strongly recommend!

Good location in Hongqiao area
Good location in Hongqiao area. I was happy to stay during Typhoon period. The hotel is right next to Hongqiao South Fengcheng shopping mall so its easy to find something to eat also have a supermarket as well as near by convenience stores. It was over all a good and confer stay.

I really like the service and cleaning of the hotel, the breakfast buffet and the people over there was very nice!, also it is in front of a shopping mall, so you have access to shop and eat over there, and it is close to the metro station, so you can transport to everywhere! I really recommend this hotel and if I have to come back to Shanghai I will stay there! Thanks for everything!

Nice, modern and clean as usual. But checkout was slow, probably understaffed. Photocopy machine placed elsewhere not efficient for check-in process.

The Hyatt can do better!
The hotel is very new, open in Aug 2018; but have huge issues with the AC in the rooms. It's a Central Control AC that links to the office building. The room's temperature I stayed in was 27C, and can't be control individually. The hotel marketed that all rooms has a "Double Sofa Bed" for 3rd person stay, but turn out it's less than a size of a single sofa bed. But I have to say all the hotel staff are trying they best to accommodate their guests, and I truly appreciated it. It's not the service rather "issues" to be resolved by the Hyatt Management.

Great hotel, room was a bit warm.
Hotel was great overall, my only complaint is that despite being able to program the thermostat to my desired temperature, the temperature wouldn’t actually get down to that temp and it was a bit warm for my liking. This is not uncommon in China but typically foreign hotel chains, especially in Shanghai, do not have this issue in my experience.

Great location!
Great location - right next to a shopping mall with good cafes. 700 m walk to the closest subway. Room was clean, spacious and the breakfast was very nice. Staff was super nice and helpful. Definitely recommended! Wifi not so great for foreign phones but that is common everywhere in China.

Very good, would come back !
We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and railway station. We were impressed the smooth and professional check in/check out and overall service. The room was modern, clean and the beds were comfortable. Very nice shower room with good amenities. The gym and the pool were very good too. The included breakfast was excellent and the hotel was located in a nice area with shopping malls and parks nearby.

Good hotel and comftable. Check in was swift and rooms large and spacious with large showers. Local area has plenty of malls for shopping and eating out. Still needca taxi to get in Shanghai.

Just right for a stop over
Are comftable hotel with good amenaties close by. Still a away from Shanghai tourist spots but for a business stop over all very good. Breakfast was excellent. There are malls very close by with lots of choices for eating and of course shopping if you need to.

Unbearable Rooms
There is nothing worse when coming to a lovely modern hotel and finding you cannot control the room temperature. The room was 26 degrees for my (2) nights stay. The hotel uses centralised air and can't/won't change it. Solution is to give you a fan which really doesn't cut it. How can this be a Hyatt? How can someone make an arbitrary choice of temperature for 150 rooms? So after a few horrible sleepless stuffy nights I won't be back. This hotel is comfortable in every way, with exception of trying to sleep at night which is the most important part of a hotel. So I say Good Bye!

Great staff, nice , relax ambience, big room and GREAT LOCATION. Close to several high end malls with lots of restaurants. 10 min walk to subway #2 which connects Pudong airport, city center and Hongqiao Airport/ railroad

We stayed at this hotel for one week.It is highly recommended for both business and tourist travels. It is 10 minutes walk to Subway #2. Subway #2 takes you to both Pudong Airport and HongQiao Airport. It also takes you to downtown Shanghai and Pudong business district. Within a one block radius there are 3 large malls with large food courts and numerous restaurants. Each mall also has a supermarket. The hotel is new and very clean. Breakfast is not fancy but has more than adequate choice of food and beverage. The staff is friendly. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. The windows are well insulated so you don't hear outside noise.

Easy and comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and firm. The hotel was quite clean and minimal. Breakfast buffet was good and the staff was overall decent. Would stay here again.
