Fantastic Stay !!! Love the 2 toilets in the hotel room !!! The only drawback is ...need to get DiDi to go to the subway station. Overall, is great. Breakfast is Awesome !!!

Very friendly service all through out the stay. Was truly surprised at how big the room was and how tall/elevated it was. In fast, I was shocked that I booked this for myself only when this clearly can fit 4+ people.

Très bel hôtel, confort optimum. Nous avions une chambre en duplex, avec un immense coin salon, coin cuisine, deux toilettes, un cabinet de toilette, plus une salle de bain à l'étage. je suis habituée à aller dans des hôtels Novotel un peu partout dans le monde, mais celui de Shanghai Hongkiao est particulièrement confortable

I need to change room 3 times during a 4 nights stay. Room facing indoor open area was noisy due to festive events with loud speakers. Room facing road was noisy due to traffic. The third room have no electricity on 2nd floor due to fuse break. The pool was closed and no towel supplies for the gym.

Needed to vacuum the floor !

The floors dusty while we got in .remote is dirty too. The loft is big so I accepted and call them to clean the floor on next day. It’s spacious and the price is unbeatable for a four star loft hotel.

Somehow the Novotel Suite Hongqiao didn't get my booking information in their system, which ended up being their issue. Due to their stupid issue, I had to make a few international calls to Hotels.com to help solve the issue. Stupid mistake!!
